The 40th annual Sunbelt Agricultural Expo, "North America's premier farm show," was a success once again at Spence Field in Moultrie, Ga. Held this year on Oct. 17 to 19, the expo consistently attracts approximately 100,000 visitors to see more than 1,200 exhibitors showcasing their products and services. Attendees had the opportunity for in depth learning through educational seminars and demonstrations on the 600-acre research farm.

Show representatives said that the growth of the show over the last 40 years has been astounding.

"To put the growth into perspective, the first show in 1978 hosted 410 exhibitors on an estimated 25 acres," said Chip Blalock, executive director of the Sunbelt Agricultural Exposition.
