From Construction Equipment Guide... Franklin Equipment of Grove Port, Ohio, hosted its first ever Skid Steer Rodeo Sept. 20 at Wacker Neuson in Menomonee Falls, Wis. A total of more than $4,000 in prize money was awarded to the top five skid steer operators as visitors enjoyed refreshments, entertainment, sales specials and giveaways. San Francisco-based Built Robotics and CMG Construction partnered together to test and demonstrate a driverless skid steer on the site of The Den Bar and Casino, KTVQ reported. Built Robotics used GPS technology to get the equipment to move and level the site.
